PRIVACY

Business enquiries & your information.

Website privacy notice · Version 2026-10-10

Who handles your enquiry

Exinary Technologies Private Limited handles enquiries submitted through this corporate website.

Information you provide

The form collects your name, business email, country, service of interest and project requirements. Company, phone, budget, timeline and engagement preferences are optional. We also record the submitting page, campaign attribution where provided, submission timestamps and your contact preferences.

Do not include passwords, credentials, sensitive personal information or confidential documents in an enquiry.

Responding to an enquiry

We use this information to understand and respond to your request and discuss possible work. The form asks you to acknowledge this notice and agree to enquiry contact. A timestamped record of that choice and this policy version is stored with the enquiry.

Marketing is a separate choice

Marketing updates are optional, unchecked by default and recorded separately. You can submit an enquiry without opting into updates, and you can withdraw that preference through the contact form. This website does not send automated sales replies.

Service providers and security

Enquiry records are stored in Neon PostgreSQL through a server-side API. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals to verify form submissions when enabled. Hosting and security providers may process connection information needed to serve and protect the website. Database credentials are never included in public pages.

An optional internal notification contains a lead reference rather than the full contents of your enquiry. It is independent of saving your information.

Analytics & cookies

On our production website, Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-4S324B6B9B) loads only after you accept analytics. It helps us understand page visits and usage. Before acceptance, or if you reject analytics, the Google tag is not loaded and no analytics requests are sent by this website.

After acceptance, Google may process page and session information, browser/device information and connection information. We exclude URL query strings and fragments from configured page locations and referrers. We do not send enquiry form contents, business email addresses or lead references to Analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration.

Google Analytics may set first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies. Our tag requests a maximum lifetime of 180 days without automatically extending that lifetime. Your accept/reject preference is stored locally in your browser as exinary.analytics-consent.v1 for 180 days; it is not sent to Google or the lead database.

You can change or withdraw permission using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal disables further analytics transmission in the current page and removes accessible first-party Analytics cookies; it also applies on later page visits and other open tabs. Withdrawal does not delete information previously received by Google. If your browser blocks preference storage, the choice applies to the current page only.

Analytics permission is separate from enquiry contact and marketing preferences. Read Google’s privacy policy for its handling of information. Campaign attribution for an enquiry is read from the form page URL. Security services may process technical information for abuse prevention.

Retention and your requests

Enquiry information should be retained only as needed to respond, manage a resulting business relationship and meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of marketing preferences through the contact form. Include only the information needed to identify your enquiry; we may need to verify the request.

Before public launch, Exinary must confirm its operational retention schedule, privacy contact and hosting-provider arrangements. This notice does not claim regulatory certification.
